Order of Eastern Star reorganizes
The local chapter is making an effort to become more active in the community.

The Alexandria Order of the Eastern Star, a fraternal organization affiliated with the Freemasons, held its first initiation of local officers since 1985 earlier this summer.
The philanthropic organization has a long history of donating to worthy causes, including research into Alzheimer’s disease, juvenile diabetes and juvenile asthma.
The local chapter is making an effort to become more active in the community.
