Prairie Wind Players Community Theatre in Barrett will present Never Too Late, a comedy in three acts by Sumner Arthur Long.

Prairie Wind Players Community Theatre in Barrett will present Never Too Late, a comedy in three acts by Sumner Arthur Long. The performance will take place in Roosevelt Hall, Thursday through Sunday, September 13-16.

Never Too Late is about a man in his 40s who learns he’s becoming a father again. His last child, a girl, was born 24 years ago, and considering the jerk she married, he finds the prospect of another child unthinkable.

Actors are Darcy Mayeda, Scott Banta, Scottie Hedstrom, Leah Drexler and Sharon Martin. Supporting roles are played by Jim Barbour, Dany Pederson, Jane Schlotfeld, Randy King and Margaret Payne.

Never Too Late is directed by Twig Webster. Jane Schlotfeld is the assistant director/stage manager, and the play is produced by Christy Johnson. Jim Johnson and Curt Ostenson built and designed the set. Arlyn Swenson is the sound technician. The costume consultant is Shaune Wunder.

The performance dates and times for Never Too Late are as follows:

Thursday, September 13, doors open at 6:45 p.m. with curtain at 7:30 p.m.

Friday, September 14 and Saturday, September 15, dinner theater seating begins at 6 p.m., followed by general admission at 7 p.m. with curtain at 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, September 16 matinee, doors open at 1:15 p.m. with curtain at 2 p.m.
