Read and Ride Day at the Minnesota State Fair
Douglas County Library has announced that Wednesday, August 29, is Read and Ride Day at the Minnesota State Fair. Anyone showing a valid public library card will receive discounted admission for a ticket purchased at the gate (one discount per card).

Look for read and ride library activities in Carousel Park from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Try the trivia wheel, make a postcard, stroll along the Story Walk and receive an "I Got Carded" button.
Music and entertainment will be offered throughout the day on the Carousel Park stage, including a chance to meet Curious George, courtesy of TPT Kids.
