The Bickersons return to the airwaves

Lakes Area Theatre (LAT) in Alexandria is offering the following productions this week:

ON STAGE

There will be no live performance on Friday, August 17 at Lakes Area Theatre. Live performances will resume on Friday, August 24 with a one-hour original Sherlock Holmes mystery written and directed by Don Shelby.

Shelby will play the role of Sherlock Holmes. Call the box office to reserve tickets for this show. Seating is going fast.

ON THE AIR

The Bickersons are at it again. All John wants to do is sleep. All Blanche wants to do is go on a second honeymoon. While on this second honeymoon, a pretty, young newlywed has Blanche first seeing green and then red.

Catch all the colors on Sunday, August 19 on KXRA 1490 AM at 12:30 p.m. The show was directed by Claudia Bursch and stars Kip Sundlee, Patty Wicken, Deb Long and Bruce Wegner. Sound effects were performed by Jamie Sandberg, with Bob Piotrowski providing the music.
