IN RE: THE APPLICATION TO VACATE A PORTION OF SUNNY’S DRIVE IN THE PLAT OF HIDDEN VALLEY, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF LEAF VALLEY IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, MINNESOTA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 26th day of September, 2012, at 11 o’clock a.m. at the Courtroom in the Douglas County Courthouse located at 305 8th Avenue West, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308, a hearing will be held on the Application to vacate that portion of Sunny’s Drive located in the Plat of Hidden Valley described more particularly as follows:

Commencing at the westerly most corner of Lot 7, Hidden Valley, Township of Leaf Valley, Douglas County, Minnesota (Lot 7);

thence northerly along the northerly extension of the most westerly line of the Lot 7, to the intersection with the southerly line of Lot 1, Block 1, Anderson’s Subdivision of Hidden Valley, according to the duly recorded plat thereof (Lot 1);

thence easterly and northeasterly along the southerly line of Lot 1 to the east line of Lot 1;

thence South along the southerly extension of the east line of Lot 1 to the intersection with the northerly line of Lot 7;

thence southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly along the northerly line of Lot 1 to the point of beginning.
