Free CPR classes offered by Sanford Health

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an important skill that can make the difference of life and death for someone in need. Jay Johnson, LPN, is offering free CPR classes at Sanford Health. Classes are Monday nights at 7 and 8 p.m. and are 30 to 40 minutes long, with time for questions and answers.

Jay Johnson, LPN, is offering free CPR classes at Sanford Health. Classes are Monday nights at 7 and 8 p.m. and are 30 to 40 minutes long, with time for questions and answers.

The method taught is “Hands Only” CPR, which can be as effective as conventional CPR, according to the American Heart Association.

Classes are held in the education room at Sanford Health, which is between the clinic main doors and the Alexandria Apothecary entrance.
