Letter - Rapp is ready to address county's fiscal woes

To the editor:

We write to share with you our support for Mr. Jerry Rapp, candidate for Douglas County Commissioner in District 3.

For the first time known to us, the county taxpayers have the opportunity for across-the-board, all-new ideas for a new direction.

Jerry has a well proven business track record, knows the value of a dollar and the difference between wants and needs. We feel “taxed out” and need changes in the county’s spending habits.

Jerry also knows making changes makes more work, but is ready to work hard and be transparent to address the fiscal woes, so we can all continue to afford living here.
