GWRRA comes to Alexandria
The Gold Wing Road Riders Association of Minnesota has chosen Alexandria as the site of their annual motorcycle rally this summer.
The Gold Wing Road Riders Association of Minnesota has chosen Alexandria as the site of their annual motorcycle rally this summer. The rally dates are July 27-28, but several members will arrive on July 26 to take in some of the area sights.
The rally will consist of activities for members, such as a bike show, on-bike games, off-bike games, vendor show, observation rides, dinner rides and an evening light parade around their host hotel, the Holiday Inn. The Downtown Merchants are sponsoring a scavenger hunt for rally members.
