Miltona Tornado Days offers relief from the heat

Small-town fun livened up the weekend in Douglas County with community celebrations providing plenty of fun and relief from the heat.

Miltona celebrated its 42nd annual Tornado Days with a variety of activities including fire department water fights that cooled off the young children who came to watch in their swimsuits.

Millerville, meanwhile, held its annual Butter Days celebration.
