Letter - Stratton will be fiscally responsible

To the editor:

I am writing this letter in support of James “Jim” Stratton for Douglas County Commissioner from District 2. I believe it is time for new leadership in our local government.

Jim has been a leader in this community for many years. He has been a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and is now a senior district executive with the BSA. Jim is currently the treasurer of the Viking Sportsmen and Jim has been an active member of First Lutheran Church for over 30 years.

Jim will be fiscally responsible; he will be accountable to the public and he will be direct in his answers.

Please vote in the primary on August 14 for James Stratton.
