DISTRICT NO. 206

ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA

JUNE 26, 2012

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 7:00 a.m. in the District Office Oak Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Board Members Present: Alan Zeithamer, Jim Hafdal, Jean Robley, Dave Anderson, Pam Carlson and Dean Anderson, and Sandy Susag.

Others Present: Susan Scarborough, Chloe Trivelpiece and Joyce Engel.

DISCUSSION ABOUT A SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH: A discussion was held between the board members on the next steps in the search for a new superintendent.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Dean Anderson, seconded by Dave Anderson, that being there is no further business to come before the Board at this time, the special meeting is adjourned at 8:10 a.m.
