Winners of the Mount Carmel Golof Tournament were Merton Johnson, John Madsen, Wayne Elton and Dennis Kalpin.
The team of Merton Johnson, John Madson, Wayne Elton and Dennis Kalpin shot a combined 58 to win the 2012 Mount Carmel golf tournament held at the Lake Miltona Golf Course recently. Finishing second was Manley Johnson, Mike Johnson, Aaron Johnson and Dan Baker with a 59, while Brook Steinbring, Cory Kludt, Nicole Nettleton and Bill Nettleton shot a 64 for third place. Karna Johnson Peters had the longest drive for women on hole 3, while Wayne Orn was the men’s longest driver, that coming on hole 5. Closest to the pin honors went to Aaron Johnson on No. 17, Cory Kludt on No. 14 and John Stone on No. 8.
