NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

FOR CARLOS TOWNSHIP

ROAD MAINTENANCE

Quotes will be received at the Office of the Carlos Township clerk no later than 6:00 PM at her home, or delivered to the town board at the regular meeting by 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 26, 2012, for the routine annual maintenance of the Carlos Township road system, approximately 70 miles in length; said maintenance to involve blading, snow removal, salting and sanding.

Contract will be for one (1) year. Quotes will be opened at 7:00 PM on July 26, 2012.

All quotes must be sealed, identified on the envelope as “Quote on Road Maintenance”, must state experience and equipment qualification, and must be accompanied by a copy of liability and workmen’s compensation insurance binder.

The Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any defects, irregularities, or technicalities therein.
