Dennis Warner will present a concert in the Staples Music in the Park series on Sunday, July 22, at 7 p.m.

A folk/Americana musician and entertainer, Warner is recognized for his crafty wit and skillful musicianship. Though he grew up in Minnesota, his travels have taken him to all fifty states and he brings his smooth vocals and six and twelve string guitars to over 100 cities each year.

Warner’s concerts blend ballads with up-tempo songs, and audience participation. His credits include appearing on numerous regional television and radio programs as well as NPR’s "Great Acoustics, Live!" and "River City Folk.” He has hosted his own radio special, "Jammin’ with Dennis Warner" broadcast by public radio affiliates. Dennis recently released SEEDS (his ninth CD) and is the author of the children’s book Beads on One String.

The Concert will be held in the Northern Pacific (NP) Park located at 625 6th St. NE. Turn north on 6th Street at the junction of Highways 10 & 210 and go six blocks. In case of rain, the concerts will be moved to Centennial Auditorium. For more information on the Music in the Park series, check out www.staplesmotleyarts.org
