Until 11:00 a.m. CST, July 24, 2012 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Project Scope: This bid package includes the installation of equipment previously purchased by the owner under Bid Package #1. This bid package also includes furnishing and installing all piping, pumps, insulation, controls, etc. and all related general construction and electrical work as shown on the drawings and in the specifications.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday July 17th in Room 740, in ATCC 700 South Building. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting may result in bid disqualification.

Interested parties may view the Bidding Documents at no cost on the website: http://www.finance.mnscu.edu/facilities/design-construction/index.html and click on “Announcements”, then click on “Advertisement for Bids (E-Plan Room)”. Bidding Documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable charge of $10.00. Planholders are parties that have downloaded the plans and specifications. Planholders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available.
