Phelps Mill Festival announced

With an assortment of food, entertainment and crafts, the Phelps Mill Festival will be held Saturday, July 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Breakfast will be available both mornings by the Ashby Lions.

There will be about 130 artists and crafters from across the U.S. Acts such as Douglas Wood and the Wild Spirit Band, George the Juggler and Magic by Nicholas will perform.
