Alexandria Legion Post 87 July 4th tournament

The Alexandria American Legion Post 87 baseball team will once again hold its 4th of July tournament Friday-Sunday, July 6-8.

Along with Alexandria, teams in this year’s event are Edina, Fergus Falls, Hastings, Mankato, North St. Paul, West Fargo and Worthington.

Action begins at noon on Friday with Edina playing Fergus Falls, followed by North?St. Paul against Worthington and Mankato against West Fargo. Alexandria will play Hastings at 8 p.m.

Play continues at noon on Saturday, with championship games being played Sunday beginning at 9 a.m. with the seventh place game, the consolation game at 11:30 a.m., the third place game at 2:30 p.m. and the championship game at 5 p.m.
