NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 10.23, 10.21 and 11.03 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 16, 2012 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Planned Unit Development application of LBR Properties, LLC. The applicant is requesting a planned unit development including a conditional use permit to allow construction of 642 apartment units; Zoning Amendment to change from R-3 zoning to PUD, and the platting of “Stone Manor” subdivision. The property is located off of Pioneer Road SE directly south and east of the current Grand Arbor complex and is legally described as: “Pioneer Addition Ex Pt Platted To Burgen Sunrise Living Addition, Lot 2, Blk 1, AC 43.01 and Burgen Sunrise Living Addition, Lot 2, Blk 1, AC 6.30, Section 32, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
Notice of this hearing has been mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of the property in question. The public is invited to attend this hearing. Any questions or comments should be addressed to Mike Weber, City Planner, at (320) 763-6678.
