One sentenced in meth bust

Daniel Patrick Barthle, 39, of Alexandria pled guilty to fifth-degree drug possession charges in Douglas County court on June 27, 2012.
Barthle was involved in a methamphetamine bust earlier this year along with two other individuals. Barthle was fined $500 plus fees and sentenced to 30 days in Douglas County Jail.
Barthle bonded out of jail in January and is scheduled to serve his sentence beginning July 11. He will be on supervised probation for five years.
Barthle was facing a maximum sentence of up to five years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
Alfredo Hernandez Jaquez, 34, of Willmar, was charged with one count of first-degree controlled substance (methamphetamine), which has a maximum penalty of 30 years imprisonment and a $1 million fine; two counts of felon in possession of a firearm with a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and a $30,000 fine; and three counts of terroristic threats carrying a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
Lisa Marie Fann, 35, of Alexandria, was charged with one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). This charge carries a maximum penalty of 30 years imprisonment and a $1 million fine.
Jaquez is currently incarcerated at Douglas County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 28. Fann was released on bond in March; her next court date is set for September 19.
