DOUGLAS COUNTY HOSPITAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Administrator of Douglas County Hospital, 111 17th Avenue East, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308 until 2:00 P.M., JULY 20, 2012. Bids are being sought for:

DOUGLAS COUNTY HOSPITAL

WORK FORCE

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Specifications are available at the office of the Director of Materials Management of Douglas County Hospital. The Hospital Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waiver any defects therein.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check made payable to the Douglas County Treasurer in an amount equal to Five (5) percent of the bid. The face of the sealed envelope containing the bid must be marked for each specific bid.
