Free training offered for rental property owners, managers
The Alexandria Police Department will host a free one-day Crime-Free Multi Housing training for anyone who owns or manages rental properties.
The Alexandria Police Department will host a free one-day Crime-Free Multi Housing training for anyone who owns or manages rental properties.
Topics covered include fire safety, drug awareness, working with the police, active property management and background checks, crime prevention through environmental design, leases, evictions and property left behind, as well as other topics.
The event will be held Wednesday, July 11 starting at 8:30 a.m.
