Alexandria Technical and Community College is offering Motorcycle Basic Rider training through the summer months.
The Basic Rider Course is for novice riders. No experience is necessary. Training motorcycles are provided.
Riders who are 18 years of age or older should have a valid motorcycle permit before taking the class.
In the Basic Rider Course, participants will learn to ride, practice on a training motorcycle and get a license. This is a 14.5 hour course that combines practice riding and classroom discussion. Participants must have 100 percent attendance to complete the course.
