NOTICE OF PROPOSAL FOR
AUDIT SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that Douglas County is seeking qualified audit firms to audit its annual financial statements for the County’s fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2012, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two subsequent fiscal years Dec. 31, 2013 and 2014.
Qualified services providers shall be considered who have, at a minimum: (1) a license to do business or public accounting in Minnesota, and (2) recent county audit experience in Minnesota. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.
This contract does not obligate the County to any particular service provider nor to renewal, other than the terms and conditions of the original contracting document.
