Engagement - Harstad and Carlson

Julianna Harstad of Detroit Lakes and Shaun Carlson of West Fargo, North Dakota, formerly of Brandon, announce their engagement.

Julianna is the daughter of Bonnie Harstad of West Fargo and Chad Harstad of Hawley. She is a 2006 graduate of Moorhead High School and a 2010 graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Detroit Lakes with an Associate of Applied Science in architectural technology. Julianna works for Kadrmas, Lee and Jackson in Fargo.

Shaun is the son of Steve and Joyce Carlson of Garfield. He is a 1997 graduate of Moorhead High School and a 2001 graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo with a Bachelor of Science in management information systems. Shaun works for Arvig in Perham. He is currently attending the University of Mary in Fargo for a master's in business administration.

An outdoor wedding is planned for September 15, 2012 with the reception at the Heritage Hjemkomst Interpretive Center in Moorhead.
