Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of Independent School District #206, 1410 South McKay Avenue, Alexandria, MN 56308, up to and until:

BID DATE: TUESDAY, JULY 10, 2012

TIME: 2:00 P.M.

FOR: RE-BID for Work Scope 32-B SITE CONCRETE

Alexandria New High School - BP-1

Bidding Documents, project plans and manuals will be available on-line via Franz Reprographics Website: Free electronic downloads are available by visiting www.franzrepro.com. (Phone Number for Franz Reprographics is 1-800-288-8541).

Sealed bids will be received at the office of Independent School District #206, 1410 South McKay Avenue, Alexandria, MN 56308 until 2:00 P.M., July 10, 2012 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Faxed or e-mailed Bids are Not Accepted. Mark outside of envelope "Alexandria New High School - BP-1 - Re-Bid for Work Scope 32-B Site Concrete".

Please refer to the Bidding Documents for all required procedures.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount submitted. Bid Security shall be payable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner's judgment to be in the Owner's best interest.
