Marit Aaseng of Alexandria, studio art and psychology major and daughter of Grant and Ruth Aaseng, and Catherine Lovrien of Alexandria, undecided major and daughter of Martin and Judith Lovrien, were recognized for academic achievement at the annual Honors Day convocation at St. Olaf College in Northfield on May 4.
Honors Day recognizes students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.60 or higher and those who have been awarded scholarships and fellowships, including Fulbright scholars, Goldwater scholars and senior members of leadership and academic honor societies.
