Minneapolis theater troop to perform

Lakes Area Theatre (LAT) in Alexandria is offering the following productions this week:

ON STAGE

A guest troupe from Minneapolis, the Lost in the FOG Players, will present an original comedy, First National Bank: The Pygmy Robbery, Friday, June 8 at 7 p.m. Written by Minneapolis playwright Richard Liedholm, this story is from his First National Bank series.

ON THE AIR

Séance, a science fiction radio play by California playwright Chris Gomez, will air on KXRA 1490 AM at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 10.

The play explores the question of what would the government be capable of when obtaining information from a spy if that spy suddenly died.

It was directed by Mary Pohl and starred Rexford Sweetwater, Kent Garlinghouse and Gayle Harrington. Daniel Roers provided the sound effects.
