NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to City Code Section 10.23, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on June 18, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall located at 704 Broadway to consider the revocation of Conditional Use Permit C-11-001, issued on February 28, 2011, and Conditional Use Permit C-12-004, issued on April 23, 2012, both permits issued to KBJ Investment Partnership and to Todd Hanson dba Alex Auto and Marine, LLC, and both authorizing the use of the property for open and outdoor storage of automobiles, boats and recreational equipment.

The revocation is being considered due to repeated failure to comply with the required conditions including but not limited to, displaying items in the public right of way, displaying items on the grass, displaying items prior to the approval of the required drainage plan, and displaying items prior to the required hard surfacing of the display area.

The public is invited to attend this hearing. Notice of this hearing has been sent to all property owners of record within three-hundred-fifty (350) feet of the site.
