Track and field: Johnson, Friedrich are Ashby-Brandon-Evansville MVPs

The Ashby-Brandon-Evansville track and field team handed out its season awards after the subsection meet.

Jeremiah Johnson took home the Most Valuable Award for the boys’ team and Megan Friedrich earned the same recognition for the girls’ team. Toby Wach, Qadry Kehoe and Hunter Plaster received the Team Award.

Most Dedicated was given to Johnson as well. Freshman Becca Hansen took home the girls Most Dedicated Award, while 7th graders McKenon Plaster and Madison Krupke earned the Most Improved Awards. All of the awards were voted on by their teammates.
