Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the Douglas County Auditor’s Office at the Courthouse, 305 8th Ave. West, Alexandria, Minnesota, 56308, until 1:00 p.m., June 20, 2012, for Lake Oscar Outlet Structure on CP 021-015-001 (CSAH 15).

Major Items:

Clearing and Grubbing – 1 L.S.

Construct Drainage Ditch – 225 L.F.

30” RC Pipe Sewer, Class III and V – 3360 L.F.

Construct Drainage Structure, Design 60-4020 – 8 Each

Random Riprap, Class III – 120 C.Y.

Bioroll – 1025 L.F.

Seeding – 4 Acre

Plans, Proposals and Specifications may be examined and obtained at Douglas County Public Works located at 526 Willow Drive, P.O. Box 398, in Alexandria, Minnesota, 56308. Requests for Plans, Proposals and Specifications must be accompanied by a Check, Draft or Money Order made payable to Douglas County. The price is $50.00 per set which includes Sales Tax.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond or a Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the Treasurer of Douglas County. Bids must be sealed and shall be clearly marked “CP 021-015-001”.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
