Following are the upcoming blood drives in the area:

• Thursday, June 7, noon to 5 p.m., Armory, 311 Broadway Street, Alexandria.
• Thursday, June 14, noon to 6 p.m., Community Center, 5590 County Road 14, Miltona.
Call 1-800-733-2767 or visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment or for information. A blood donor’s card or driver’s license, or two other forms of identification are required.
Individuals who are 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible.
