Alexandria Mayor Dan Ness will share and Chaplain Lonnie Titus is the featured program speaker. The program will conclude with Coni McKay from the Chamber of Commerce launching Alexandria’s Awake the Lakes events.

Titus pastored churches in North Dakota for 20 years before moving to Minnesota in 1999 to become the officially elected chaplain to the Minnesota House of Representatives for four terms. Then he served as a chaplain to the Florida State Senate for four years before coming back to Minnesota.

Now in his 13th year of political chaplaincy, he is writing a book about political evangelism and training.

He continues his chaplaincy at the Minnesota State Capitol while mentoring four other self-supported, full-time ministers called to political chaplaincy at the Minnesota State Capitol. He resides in Bloomington.

Tickets for the breakfast can be purchased at the door or in advance at the Mustard Seed Bookstore in Alexandria or at www.unityfoundation-alex.com. Call (320) 491-6417 for information.
