I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen for his leadership as chair of the Senate Environment and Natural Resources Committee in supporting the Legacy Bill (SF 2493) this session.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen for his leadership as chair of the Senate Environment and Natural Resources Committee in supporting the Legacy Bill (SF 2493) this session.
Now, remarkable and special natural areas like the Mississippi River Northwoods habitat complex protection project near Brainerd can be preserved.
Protection of Mississippi River Northwoods provides an opportunity to save a unique natural area for future generations of anglers, hunters, boaters, hikers, bikers and nature lovers to enjoy.
That’s just the kind of effort we believe voters had in mind when they passed the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment in 2008. And, it is cause for thanks.
