Schnitzler takes part in internship

Zachary Schnitzler, son of Jeff and Carrie Schnitzler of Alexandria, worked an internship this semester as a part of the Cooperative Education program at Concordia College, Moorhead. An economics-finance major, Schnitzler worked as a student fund manager for the Offutt School of Business at Concordia. He worked with a professor as the manager of a fund donated to the business school. His duties included making allocation decisions for investment. He plans on entering the financial planning profession after graduation. Cooperative Education students earn academic credit while gaining practical experience in their major or minor field of study by working with businesses and professional firms.
