NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 21, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Dennis Arvidson, Sr. The applicant is requesting to reclaim/restore a former gravel pit. The property is located at the southeast corner of Victoria Drive and Rosewood Lane and is legally described as: “Lot 1 Ex E 220’ Aud Sub Of Lot G, Lot F Ex W 757.62’, & N2 Lot E Ex W 757.62’ Of “E Bucks Sub”, AC 3.85, Section 21, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
