NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 11.01 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 21, 2012 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Exception to Platting application of Zavadil Development, Inc. The applicant is requesting to split unplatted property. (This application is for a rearrangement of property lines to facilitate potential conveyance. This application is not a proposal for development.) The property is located on the north side of Lake Andrew and includes the following parcels: #63-8500-040, #63-8500-045, #63-8500-065, #63-8500-070 and #63-8500-075, Township 127, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
