NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE
Budget Building Supply, Inc.
The above named corporation hereby gives notice of its intent to dissolve, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 302A.727.
1. The corporation is in the process of dissolving.
2. The corporation has filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Secretary of State in and for the State of Minnesota.
3. The Notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed the 17th day of February, 2012.
