Lions give to Caring Hands Dental Clinic
The Alexandria Evening Lions donated $2,000 to Caring Hands Dental Clinic in Alexandria. The money donated was raised through an annual bingo fundraiser sponsored by the Lions club.

Caring Hands Dental Clinic serves patients on medical assistance or MinnesotaCare through Minnesota health care programs. The clinic also provides dental care and education to others in need of dental care.
The clinic operates as a non-profit organization that obtains its funding from donations and grants from area individuals, local businesses and dental organizations. Other than the earned reimbursements from the Department of Human Services, the clinic receives no government support.
