Letter - A monopoly on gambling industry
I also keep hearing, “If it will make money, free enterprise will do it.”
To the editor:
From reading the letter written by Charles Falwell in the May 2 edition of the Echo, I assume he wants to continue the monopoly Native Americans have on the gambling industry in Minnesota, as long as it guarantees a Vikings stadium – free of charge.
I can’t help wonder, are monopoly laws different in Minnesota than in the rest of the country? I also keep hearing, “If it will make money, free enterprise will do it.”
