Jody Dahlseid of Alexandria contributed this photo of her daughter, Maddy Dahlseid, who shot her first turkey last week. It weighed 25 lbs. and had a 10-inch beard. She had a great day

hunting with her dad on the Dahlseids’ property just south of Carlos Creek Winery.
