A tree for Arbor Day

In observance of Arbor Day, the Alexandria Parks Department organized a tree planting at City Park.

In observance of Arbor Day, the Alexandria Parks Department organized a tree planting at City Park Friday. Katy Midtvedt and Ceil Campbell from the Alexandria Garden Club did the honors.

The tree is a purple prince flower crabapple tree.
