NOTICE OF HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENTS TO
50TH AVENUE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria City Council will meet in the City Council Chambers of the Alexandria City Hall at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012, to consider the street paving, watermain, sanitary sewer, and drainage improvements to 50th Avenue approximately 3,040 feet between South Broadway and County Road 106 (railroad tracks), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 and 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is the property abutting on such street.
The estimated cost of such improvements is $3,137,524. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be provided at the hearing.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
