Dance club hosts jazz ensemble
The Lakeside Dance Club will host the University of Minnesota-Morris (UMM) Jazz Ensemble on Friday, April 27 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood.
The Lakeside Dance Club will host the University of Minnesota-Morris (UMM) Jazz Ensemble on Friday, April 27 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood.
The UMM Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Dustin Retzlaff, will play tunes of the Big Band Era. The dance floor will be open. The UMM Swing Club will provide a dance exhibition.
This is the first time that the UMM Jazz Ensemble will have played at the Lakeside Ballroom since the new ballroom was completed in 2005.
