Teenage taggers confess

Two teenagers have confessed to tagging in Alexandria.

A 15-year-old male and a 14-year-old female, both from Alexandria, have confessed to the tagging incident at BlackRidgeBANK on April 4. The Alexandria Police Department reported that the juveniles will be charged through the Juvenile court system for the crime.
