West Central Area’s Marissa Hayward shot a 48 to finish 12th as her Knight girls’ golf team was seventh in the first Heart O’ Lakes Conference meet of the season.

Pelican Rapids picked up top honors as Mackenzie Strand earned medalist honors with a 38.
