Freedom From Fear retreat scheduled

A “Freedom From Fear” retreat is set for Friday, April 20 through Sunday, April 22 at Mount Carmel on Lake Carlos.

What is holding you back? Are you easily angered or can’t understand why you feel the need to hold grudges? Join other Christians and discover how Jesus helps people remain free from addiction, guilt and resentment.

The weekend will include the following: Small group sharing and testimonials; identifying the root of your fear; how the 12 steps of the Big Book and Christianity relate; unforgiveness and forgiveness – giving up your right to punish; admission, submission, restitution and maintenance; learning how to fight the enemy with the word of Jesus Christ.

The group will be limted to 30 participants, including leaders. Cost is $65 for two nights and four meals. All participants are encouraged to stay at Mount Carmel.
