LEAF VALLEY TOWNSHIP

ROAD MAINTENANCE

and GRAVEL QUOTE

Leaf Valley Township is seeking quotes for road maintenance and snow removal; quotes for tree trimming, mowing and brush removal, and quotes for approximately 3,000 yards of Class V gravel and application for approximately 36 miles of road; starting about June 01, 2012 for one year.

Quotes should be written on plain paper and submitted to Leaf Valley Township Clerk, Pamela M. Cuperus, 2050 Co. Rd. #14 NW, Miltona, MN 56354, by May 09, 2012, or in person at the Leaf Valley Town Hall on May 10, 2012 at the monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Information on quotes must include description of all equipment to be used and hourly rate for each, price per yard of Class V, and a certificate of liability/workmen’s compensation insurance attached.

Please indicate “ROAD MAINTENANCE QUOTE” on envelope.

The Board of Supervisors maintains the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
