NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 16, 2012 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota, LLC. The applicant is requesting to allow open and outdoor storage of rental cars in a B-1 zoning district. The property is located at 3710 Hwy 29 South (Alexandria Motor Company) and is legally described as: “N 640’ Of S 1484.83’ Of E 1/3 of E2 NE4, AC 3.86, Section 36, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
