NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 16, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of KBJ Investment Partnership. The applicant is requesting to allow open and outdoor display of cars, boats, and recreational equipment in a B-1 zoning district. The property is located on N Nokomis NE (north of Living Waters/Assembly of God church) and is legally described as: “Summerville Estates”, Lot 5, Block 9, AC 1.38, Section 07, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
