Annual All Terrain Vehicle Fair to place in Anoka soon
The fair will include many ATV related vendors showcasing their newest equipment and products. The fair will also feature head-to-head mud races by Northwoods Racing series as well as ATV pull hosted by the Goodhue-Bellchester Railriders.
The Seventh Annual All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Fair has been scheduled by ATVAM on Saturday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Anoka County Fairgrounds in Anoka.
The fair will include many ATV related vendors showcasing their newest equipment and products. The fair will also feature head-to-head mud races by Northwoods Racing series as well as ATV pull hosted by the Goodhue-Bellchester Railriders. There is also an ATV Swap Meet that will be on the fairgrounds all weekend.
Bob Jacobson, ATV Fair Committee Co Chair said, "We are very excited about being back at the Anoka location for the 2012 ATV Fair. We are enthusiastic about the support we are receiving from the ATV industry for this event. Not only will the public be able to view the latest and best in ATVs, they will be able to take them for a test ride on the ATV Test Ride Course." Jacobson also pointed out that many dealers will be at the fair displaying and selling their products.
Numerous ATV clubs will also be present to provide information on trails sponsored by ATV clubs and club projects currently underway for trails and education. The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will be on site to provide information on trails, education, and enforcement as well as provide trail maps and information on the status of current projects. Youth ATV riders will also be able to get the latest information on youth safety classes scheduled for 2012.

Admission is $5 for ages 13 and up and free any kids age 12 and under. Tickets for the public are available at the gate.
